Biography:

Mark A. Perkins practices in the area of civil litigation and real estate law.

His practice focuses on the defense of clients in diverse cases, including claims of municipal liability, premises liability and automobile liability.

Mark also has extensive experience in analyzing, handling and resolving claims, first as an adjuster and then as staff counsel for Allstate Insurance Company, prior to his employment with Maher and Murtha, LLC.
