Our Firm primarily focuses on the handling the defense of matters in civil litigation for our clients. As the biographies of our attorneys demonstrate, we are well-equipped to handle a wide variety of claims from their inception, through the discovery process, to trial, and, when necessary, through Appeal in State and Federal courts.

Over the last several years, many of our clients have expressed an interest in resolving pending matters through the use of Alternate Dispute Resolution, such as arbitration or mediation. Our Firm has recognized the utility of these forums, and we are able to successfully resolve numerous cases each year through this sort of ADR forum. Members of our Firm are actively involved in the efforts to resolve the backlog of pending civil claims through their work as Special Masters and Attorney Trial Referees. Thomas M. Murtha has also been selected to act as a neutral arbitrator and as a mediator in many civil cases over the past 5 years. Our firm is dedicated to servicing our clients in whichever forum best suits the particular facts and circumstances of each case.

The Firm also has an active Real Estate practice that primarily focuses on Residential closings and refinancing, but also includes other aspects of Real Estate law including commercial closings, sales and purchases of businesses, and zoning and land use issues that arise for our clients.

Our years of combined experience allows us to practice in a wide variety of legal fields and venues.
